For just £50 per person, you can surprise somebody by giving them the chance to spend a morning behind the scenes in the kitchens of Sevendials… we promise not to shout as much as Gordon Ramsay! Attendees may observe or participate with the jobs in hand.
They will learn some insider information on why Sevendials has won so much praise for its food from national and local press and why four years on we are still one of the best restaurants in Brighton. Having watched the lunchtime preparations the “trainees” may then unwind in the restaurant and enjoy the gorgeous set 3-course lunch that they have helped prepare all included in the price.
Courses run: Tuesday – Saturday from 9.30am.
