Sevendials Restaurant and Sam's of Brighton offer an 'Open Kitchen Experience' cooking workshop throughout the year.
Courses run: Tuesday – Saturday from 9.30am.
(Maximum 2 persons Tues-Fri, 1 person on Sat)
Spend 2 hours "behind the scenes" in the busy kitchen's of Sevendials Restaurant and Sam's of Brighton. Start your day at 9:30am and you will be given your chef whites and apron and will set straight to work assisting with making the bread for the day. Your morning will involve a variety of vegetable and meat prep as the chefs prepare food for the day's service. Our menu changes daily and we have daily deliveries of fresh produce so be prepared to get stuck into any number of tasks! At the end of a busy morning you will be welcomed over to the other side of the pass where you can enjoy the fruits of your labour and indulge in a three course lunch from our a la carte menu and well earned glass of champagne!
