Sam’s of Brighton is a family run, bistro style, neighborhood restaurant with an average 3 course meal costing £20-£25 per head.

Sam Metcalfe is excited about this new venture “ I am really looking forward to expanding in to the Kemp town area of Brighton. Our aim is to create a family friendly bistro style restaurant, bringing some elements from Sevendials including our use of many seasonal and locally sourced produce and a continually changing menu, but Sam’s of Brighton will be less formal and more relaxed featuring a daily specials black board, comfortable banquette seating and people can even pop in for weekend brunch or for a locally roasted coffee”

Sevendials offers an "Open Kitchen" course throughout the year.
Courses run: Tuesday – Saturday from 9.30am.
(Maximum 2 persons Tues-Fri, 1 person on Sat)
Spend 2 hours "behind the scenes" in the kitchens at Sevendials. Followed by a 3 course set lunch.

Course Fees: £50 per person, maximum of 2 attendees per session.
